Hi, I am looking for a mini jersey heifer in or near West Virginia. Have been looking for some time for a nice potential little milk cow, but can't seem to find any reasonable close by.

Hi Cindy,
You might consider looking for a more mid-size heritage Jersey instead. She'll be easier to milk (more room for maneuvering beneath her). Plus, a mid-sized milk cow will be easier to find.
