Posted - Feb 25 2015 : 3:00:32 PM I added in a routine to the upload that cleans up the filename yesterday. So all your test uploads on this topic were after or around that time.
The one error you mentioned was only temporary, as I messed around with things to correct issues I kept finding after I made it live. You probably figured that out.
But, I'm glad you didn't encounter any other issues, and that it seems to be working better now! |

Took some fiddling with the file name to get it to work again, now it works. One more photo from that file for a test.
Finer 'n frog hair. Works now.

Whatever you did, it works. In the two photos here the first had the apostrophe and your software stripped it. The second photo I took the apostrophe out of the photo file name and it worked as well.
I'll try another post from that Missy's file next and see if it works. |

Posted - Feb 24 2015 : 8:51:29 PM Meister, The last one came through without photo files....
I am playing with the Missy's vs. Missys thing. There is another photo file I have with the word Valerie's in it. I loaded a photo from that file and the file came up in the message window WITHOUT the apostrophe in it. Someones program automatically stripped it out. I am going back to the Missy's photo file and try again. Renaming the file Missys without the apostrophe caused a message from your site: Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a0401'

Posted - Feb 24 2015 : 7:43:40 PM Quick reply, after making further changes to the upload to help with filename issues.
(And it worked, but sure sat on the "Processing..." stage for a bit. Server hanging for a moment, no doubt.) |

Posted - Jan 30 2015 : 7:53:33 PM Image rotation is now available during image upload, to fix image orientation issues onsite, right here! It is only available while uploading an image, but there is now a preview of your image so you can see whether it needs fixing or not before finishing.
The upload also actually inserts your image at the point where your cursor is in the text, as it was originally intended to do but never correctly did.
Onward! |
