Just made this Pastry cream this morning to go with our strawberry crepes for dinner. Super easy. I don't know how to move it here but it is a you tube video

Also if you all are in need/want a saucier, I got this one at Costco. I love the size and the weight of it. Didn't need the induction part, but it was a lot cheaper as a set that some of the other brand saucier's alone. I use this pan alot!!
