A few days ago, I had the chance to watch MaryJane milk two of her cows. She is incredibly clean about the entire process. In fact, her cows' udders get cleaned at least three different times before she starts milking. And, her cows' hooves are sprayed off before they even step into the milking parlor. She has "dirty" gloves to wear when she cleans them and then switches to "clean" gloves before actually milking. So good to be reminded of excellent sanitary protocol.

Thank you for setting such a great example for us to learn from, MaryJane.
